Condolence: Ann,
You probably won't see this because it's about two years too late, but it was only yesterday that I saw a notice of your son's obituary on the internet. My heart sank like a stone when that notice came on the screen. It had to be someone else and not the little guy who took liberties in the outfield at a Little League game who you proudly told me about at Langara College when we ran into each other there about twenty years ago. But it was. What a tragedy, a young guy like that cut off in his prime just when he was getting started in life. My heart aches for you and your family, for the severe loss you've suffered and the pain you've endured. Too late, I know, but my sympathies are with you.

Condolence: Acceptez mes plus sincères condoléances et profondes sympathies à toute la famille de ce brave Chris en ces temps difficiles.
J’ai connu Chris voilà 8 ans environ, lorsqu’il habitait avec mon meilleur ami Miguel Sioui à Ottawa. J’habite dans la ville de Québec et j’allais souvent les visiter, je garde de merveilleux souvenirs de lui. Une aventure n’attendait pas l’autre avec Chris, nous sortions souvent en ville tous les 3 ensemble pour voir des spectacles de musique, avoir une bonne conversation autour d’une bonne bière ou tout simplement écouter de la bonne musique rock. La manière dont il racontait ses histoires me fascinera toujours.
En 2009, je l’ai reçu dans ma demeure de Québec, nous étions allés au Carnaval de Québec. Il n’était pas tout à fait prêt à affronter le froid sibérien de Québec. Je lui ai aussi fait visiter le vieux Québec et tout le quartier historique avec Miguel, c’est un des meilleurs souvenirs que j’ai avec lui.
Cet homme au sourire et au rire sincère va vraiment me manquer, je me souviens de lui comme d’une personne humaine, sincère et vraie. Les souvenirs que j’ai de lui resteront toujours près de mon cœur.
