As a matter of fact Bruce was one of the first people I met and played with at Seymour going back to 1986. Condolence: It was with sadness that I saw the news in our local paper.
My name may not be familiar to you but Bruce and I started our consulting careers together many years ago (October 1986 I think!). We would connect occasionally over the years as we had a shared interest in forestry, our North Vancouver neighbourhood and raising teenagers in addition to our first connection.
Bruce and I always seemed to be on the same page. A very smart man with a positive outlook and a sense of humour. He liked people and it showed. I enjoyed being with him.
He will be missed.
