My dad the only true supporter I ever had
My name is Nadia and I am the oldest of his three children. I left Iran when I was only seventeen and returned shortly for my wedding in 1985 and left again. During these years we were apart physically but he was always in my heart and I felt near him. It is sad that I can not be there for his funeral but my prayers and thought are with my mom who took very good care of him for all the time they were together almost 58 years.
I just need to let him know that I forgive him for all those times that I needed him to be by my side, like the day we buried the father of my four children or the day I gave birth to my last child right here in Kirkland and it took me a lot of planning to get visa for them both my mom and dad to be here and not coming to hospital which was only one exit down from our house were our house was. ( but he flew to mashad for the delivary of his last grand child five years ago from Vancouver, B>C 18 hour air plane ride.}
