Condolences

Condolence From: Paul Andrews
Condolence: Farewell to my uncle Graham.

Fond childhood memories of the time before he left Australia to travel and finally settle in Vancouver as well as waking him up way too early each morning when he came back for a visit a few years later.

Forever grateful for his and Pam's hospitality in putting me up when I blew in during a blizzard on Xmas Eve while backpacking. I will never forget the many laughs we had listening to his tapes recorded during his own travels as well as his photos, memorabilia and stories.

Thankful for welcoming my then fiancee and I for a week on our around the world trip as well as another trip with mum and dad. Again, loads of laughs, stories and visits to sensational Vancouver restaurants.

Special memories of Graham and Pam flying to New York to attend our wedding in Central Park - a photo of us all sits in our bedroom, a constant reminder of our special bond that crossed oceans.

It was always a joy to speak over the phone - usually about the ills of the modern world and how we'd solve said ills.

Even though we were not close geographically and much time could pass between conversations or visits, Graham was my only uncle and my world is a poorer place without him. Condolences to Pam, our thoughts are with you forever, Graham will forever be in my heart and mind.
