Obituary for Fereidoon Demehri
In loving memory of Fereidoon Demehri, who left this world on Sunday January 18, 2015 at 12:57pm Pacific Time in Vancouver, Canada. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and icon in the Zoroastrian and Iranian communities will always be remembered for his enthusiasm in culture, the arts, music, sports, films, ancient history, and charity.
Fereidoon was devoted to helping those in need and to his family and friends, particularly his grandchildren, who brought so much love and joy to his life. To honor that love, and instead of flowers or gifts, we ask you to kindly consider donating to BC Children's Hospital where a special memorial fund has been created in his memory.
He is survived by his wife Parvaneh Jamshidian, his daughters, Afrouz and Negar Demehri, and his grandchildren, Naaya and Cyrus.
May his spirit live through us celebrating his life and legacy.
Memorial service will be held this Thursday Jan 22, 2015 between 4-6pm at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier. 138 Victory Ship Way, North Vancouver BC.
