The Quinn family would like to thank the entire hockey community, teams, media and fans for the overwhelming tributes, kind words and thoughts during this painful time.

We would like to thank the doctors at St. Paul's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and especially the nurses at VGH.

Heartfelt appreciation for the love and friendship from Rick and Ellen Ley, Mike and Dorothy Penny, and Ron and Michelle Toigo.

To the world, Pat Quinn was a highly respected man in the game of hockey. To his family he was a devoted son and brother, a loving husband and father, and a warm and caring Grandpa. Pat always lead by example. He always put his family first, he was a man of God, a loyal friend and a proud Canadian. His love and guidance has influenced every aspect of our lives. Although our time has been cut short, we are thankful for the gifts he gave us as they will last with us forever.
