Condolence: I met Garda about eight years ago when she moved into the neighbourhood. Over time I witnessed her great love for her precious Bichons, especially Soda Pop. I enjoyed her spunky disposition, her raspy voice and gentle heart.She was a woman who lived her life on her terms with the odd cigarette and scotch in hand. And you better not disturb her when she was watching her favourite sport, tennis on the T.V! She always put a smile on my face and a giggle in my heart. Miss you, Garda.

Condolence: Well darn it all Garda, we were supposed to go out together and get drunk. I know that you said you were trying your hardest and being the tough person you are, I know you were telling the truth. Your puppies are doing well so please have no worries about them at all. Condolence: The very first time I spoke with Garda she told me that she would be "my most difficult client". She said that, of course, because she was considering allowing me to groom her beloved dogs. I remember that conversation vividly. I wondered if I should even bother to try. I'm so glad that I did because she ended up being such a special friend and mentor. Yes, she was tough and straight to the point but she was incredibly funny, caring and always gave credit when it was due. I'm honoured to have known her, and will miss her dearly. Wishing her family peace during this difficult time.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to Gardas family. I first met Garda at a dog show - where many breeders and Bichon lovers first met her. Her knowledge of the dogs was boundless and she was happy to share.
