Ross Sheldon Lancaster
April 10 1958-March 24,2019.

Ross passed away peacefully in Vancouver with his Mother and sister Rhonda at his side.

Born and raised in Alberta, he lived in Vancouver for a few years then moved Toronto where he spent over 20 years pursuing and achieving a successful career.

Ross was a kind, generous and charismatic person. He touched so many lives through work, and his personal life.
He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers people could donate to one of Ross’s favorite charities Pug rescue in Toronto. A celebration of life for Ross will be held at a later date.

Doris, Rhonda, Brian, Bill, Sue, Laura, Donna, Tyler and Parker.........I am SO sorry to hear of this huge loss!!! Ross was absolutely one-of-a-kind!!! It has been a number of years since we last met up here in White Rock but true to Ross's warm, kind spirit, it was a fun, talk-filled afternoon.
I'm reminded at this time of all the fun the 2 of us had....oh, so long ago. Friday evenings on Gleneagles Drive, road trips to Alberta, VW keys from Calgary that started my little bug here on the west coast.......
Each and every one bringing a smile to my face. Please know that I'm thinking of each of you at this very sad time. It is a monumental loss.

Into Heaven Ross went, with the Angels leading him. Ross's genuine kindness, caring and rapier like wit will forever be memories of our heart. David and I send our sincerest condolences to the family.

Pat and I are very sad to hear of Ross's passing. I had the privilege to get to know Ross through our mutual service on the Ocean Promenade Hotel boards. His wit and candor will be missed. It was obvious that his health was failing and that he struggled to fight his health challenges. Ross was knowledgeable in many areas and brought his insight to the table at all our meetings and discussions, often with some good-natured humour.
Our thoughts are with his family and close friends as we remember our time with Ross.

Ross was first a work colleague and then became a dear friend; I will always remember him as a very generous and smart man. He had such a quick wit and we shared so many laughs. He will truly be missed but he leaves many fond memories with his Toronto friends. To Ross's family, my condolences - my thoughts are with you.

Ross was and is one of the sweetest person's I've ever met in my life. Every time I would visit Toronto and see him we would talk for hours. He gave so much to people he knew and did not know alike. To the family and other friends of Ross my heart and Prayers go out to you all. God bless him and you.
