Obituary for Patricia Mary Goff

Sadly, our dear Patricia will not be attending her 100th birthday celebration. However, she accomplished many things in her 99-plus years. She grew up in London, England. There she swam and danced competitively, taught cooking skills during the Blitz, married her ‘Jimmy’, (Charles), a wonderful guy from PEI and came to Canada in 1946.

An elegant and loving wife, mother, (Barry [Loryl] & Gillian [Steve]) and grandmother, (Alex & Marcus), her domestic skills were legendary, her pastry sublime.
She could bid and make a grand slam, design a stunning window display, park her Buick with ease until 96, kept up with world events, loved her cell phone & texted with us everyday. We are thankful she was able to live independently in her own home until a very brief illness took her from us.

We are very grateful to the LGH emergency & North Shore Hospice staff who treated her so wonderfully.
In lieu of flowers please consider a gift to the North Shore Hospice in Pat’s memory.
At Patricia’s request there will be no service.
