In retirement, Carole enjoyed cooking, time at Sooke Harbour House, Barbara-jo’s Books to Cooks, road trips to wine country, and continued international adventures. While Carole’s last weeks were difficult, Dudley would like to thank and make particular note of the loving , kind and generous care Carole received from the all the Fourth Floor East staff at Lion’s Gate Hospital in North Vancouver. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, August 7th, 2015 at 2 pm at St. Francis in the Wood, 4773 South Piccadilly Rd, West Vancouver.
