Condolence: Mrs.Devente, Dee Dee, Denise and Robert and family, I was saddened to read of Bob Sr's passing. Lots of fond memories of hanging around the Devente home. Lots of great memories of Bob from our Holy Trinity days. I remember him during basketball season standing on one end of the gym throwing basketballs like they were soft balls at the hoops on the other end of the gym. He was always full of humor, life and kindness. When we came to North Vancouver he was one of the first fatherly figures that took interest in me along with your Mom. he offered guidance (weather I wanted it or not) he was a great man. Larger than life and full of life hard to believe a heart that big has stopped beating. He will be missed and always loved. you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
